What are my shipping & delivery options?
I Fresh Podz offers multiple shipping and delivery options for your convenience. While we handle a portion of our inventory, in certain cases, a third-party supplier may manage the stock and take responsibility for shipping your products. We strive to provide seamless delivery service, regardless of who ships the product.
For orders over $50 AUD, we provide free standard shipping. For orders under this amount, our shipping charges are based on Australia Post published rates and range from $6.00 to $9.00 for standard shipping, which typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. Please note, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
If you are subscribing to our services, rest assured your products will be delivered at the start of every month. Please be aware that any changes to the products in your subscription must be made at least 48 hours prior to shipping.
We provide estimates for delivery times in good faith, but please bear in mind that these are estimates only. When calculating the expected delivery time, consider both the processing time and the shipping speed. While we endeavour to deliver your products promptly, occasional delivery delays can occur.
Once you have placed your order, we will follow up with any additional shipping information. This is to ensure you have complete visibility and can track your order until it reaches your doorstep. How long is the order processing time?
The processing of most orders commences as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorised, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through I Fresh Podz. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your I Fresh Podz Account or the email you used during the checkout process.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Do you deliver internationally?
We are sorry but we currently do not ship to international destinations.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You may check an estimate of the shipping charges by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code or location.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart depending on weight and size, safety, and insurance required. You will see the reduction if it applies to your region.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address within the same country. Kindly note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note that the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
If the delay is longer than 30 days the customer is obliged to reach out to us in order to report a missing package. I Fresh Podz will, in turn, file a claim to the shipment carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, the customer will receive a full refund. However, if the carrier confirms that the package is still in shipment, the customer will relinquish their right to file a claim and wait for the package to be delivered.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that I Fresh Podz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at I Fresh Podz.
What can I do if I am not available to pick up the package?
If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated delivery time with you.
